This Cabernet Franc wine is an elegant and refined expression of the variety, showcasing its characteristics bright acidity, moderate tannins and vibrant fruit flavors. The nose is expressive with aromas of red fruit cherry raspberry earthy notes soil mushroom and subtle herbal hints tobacco and spicy. Tasting notes: The wine is medium bodied and silky with flavors of red fruit, blackcurrant and subtle hints of leather and graphite. The tannins are firm but smooth providing a long and refreshing finish. Food pairing: Grilled chicken or fish Rasted pork, lamb and soft cheeses Brie, Camembert. Drink now or cellared for 6 years.
