El Nico

El Nico is a blend of Mataro, Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano. From the Adelaida District in Paso Robles. Age for 22 months in Spanish and American oak barrels to achieve and develop the flavors and smooth the tannins. Nose dark fruits with a hint of cedar and tobacco. Tasting notes: fruity dark fruits plum, cherry and blackberry. Food pairing: Small bites, popcorn with light butter, this wine will pair well with your favorite TV show. Drink Now or cellared for 5 years.
