2019 Bordo de Paso Bordeaux Blend

Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

Our Bordo de Paso is a traditional Bordeaux style blend from grapes grown in Adelaida District in Paso Robles. Aged for 2 years in 100% French Oak barrels to achieve complexity and depth. Tasting notes: Flavors of blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry, clove and leather. Mouth feel Velvety, silky, smooth tannins and well valance, with a long and persistent finish, notes of fruity and earthy, very complex and valance, elegant and refined full bodied wine. Food pairing: Red meats, Cheese or pasta. Drink now or cellared for 10 years.
