2019 Chengon de Paso GSM Blend

This blend was age for 24 months in French oak barrels. This GSM blend is Harmonious balance of the three grape varieties, showcasing the best of each, The Grenache adds a fruity and spicy character, The Syrah contributes a robust and peppery flavor, while the Mourvèdre provides a savory and herbal complexity. The nose is intense with aromas of dark fruit blackberry, black cherry and white pepper.  Tasting notes: Dark fruit flavors blackberry black cherry, spicy and peppery notes white pepper clove. Savory and herbal complexity thyme rosemary, leather tobacco, full bodied and velvety texture firm but smooth tannins. Food pairing: Grilled meats, Venison and Wild boar and spicy Mexican food. Drink now or cellared for 3 years.
