2019 Conde de Paso Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Conde De Paso Cabernet Sauvignon was barrel fermented in new French oak barrels to integrate the oak during the very begging of aging. Tasting notes: Medium to full bodied wine with a rich and complex flavor profile, dark fruit flavors and aromas, spicy notes of pepper and clove, minerality that adds depth and complexity to its flavors. With a great structure and firm tannins that will age for many years. Food pairing: perfect for grilled meats or roasted meats, especially steak Ribeye or filet mignon. Drink now or cellared for 10 years.
