Our Tempranillo Coleccion Privada is a masterpiece of Traditional Spanish winemaking Style. Age for 26 months in 100% American oak barrels to add complexity and depth. This Tempranillo Reserve is showcasing the full potential of the Tempranillo grape. With a deep, rich color, this wine offers a complex and intense aroma of dark fruit, leather tobacco and subtle spices. Tasting notes: Dark fruit flavors blackberry, black cherry, leather tobacco, Vanilla and a hint of chocolate. With a long lingering finish. Food Pairing: Grilled red meats lamb, beef roasted game venison, wild boar and dark chocolate.  Drink now or cellared for 10 years.
