2021 Tempranillo – Adelaida District

Tempranillo the noble grape from Spain native from La Rioja Spain. Our Tempranillo came from the Adelaida District in Paso Robles. Age for 22 months in 100% American Oak barrels.     Tasting notes: This Tempranillo offers a rich, dark fruit aroma with hints of leather, tobacco and spice. On the palate it’s full bodied with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and subtle notes of chocolate and vanilla, the tannins are firm but velvety, with a long savory finish and a hint of mineral complexity. Food pairing: Hot tapas, jamon Iberico and queso Manchego and many varieties of Meats. Drink now or cellared for 10 years.
