2020 Graciano – Adelaida District

Our Graciano was aged for 26 months in Spanish and French Oak Barrels. This Graciano wine offers a rich, dark fruit aroma with hints of white pepper, thyme and subtle spice. On the palate it’s medium bodied with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and subtle herbal notes. The tannins are firm but velvety with a long refreshing finish and hint of minerality. A great example of Graciano’s complexity and elegance. Food pairing: Grilled meat, cured meats and pasta. Drink now or cellared for 6 years.
