2019 Garnacha La Malinche – Edna Valley

Our Garnacha La Malinche was barrel fermented and aged for 26 months in Spanish and French oak barrels. This Garnacha is a vibrant, fruit forward wine with bouquet of strawberries, raspberry and white pepper. In the palate it’s smooth and silky, with flavors of red cherry, cranberry and subtle herbal notes. The tannins are velvety, and the finish is long and refreshing, with a hint of fruitiness. A perfect example of Garnacha’s charm and elegance. Food pairing: Grilled meats Lamb chops and pork. Drink now or cellared for 3 years.
