2021 Garnacha – Adelaida District

Garnacha was age for 20 months in Spanish Oak Barrels. Garnacha grape is native from the province of Paragon in Spain. Our Garnacha was 30% whole cluster fermented to achieve more tannins in the mid palate and enhance the finish. Tasting notes: this is rich and elegant wine has a violet rim with orange highlights and a cherry tone at the core. Food pairing: Grill Chicken, salmon and veggies, mushrooms, bell peppers and artichokes.  Drink now or cellared for 3 years.
